Great workout yesterday!
I agree – my legs are feeling it but that’s a good thing.
Matt, I did some research on quinoa and basically it’s not as good as I thought – still too high in carbs, compared to other foods. Better than regular grains, due to the protein content, but still not really worth it to eat regularly. Oh well!
