ByOne of the greatest challenges of adopting a diet like the paleolithic diet is the absence or lack of sauces we can use! As you become more in tune with what you eat, you will naturally become more curious about the ingredients you are putting into your (or your family’s) body. Take a peak at an average container of BBQ Sauce or Ketchup and odds are the top ingredient is High Fructose Corn Syrup, followed by a list of ingredients you have either never heard of, or can’t pronounce… (see below for solution).

Strength
1 x5 Deadlift
This is a deload day for strength. Warm up for the deadlift as usual, then you can load the bar to whatever you see fit. If you are feeling strong and rested, go for a new 5RM, otherwise use this as time for some technique work and save your muscles for the WOD.
