Some upcoming events:

Pat’s Run, benefitting the Pat Tillman foundation, is coming up on April 17th.   Anyone interested? 

Grilling at CFSW!!  Next Saturday, after the 1030 am group workout.  We’ll get a grill or two up there–cook some meat over fire, engage in assorted (potentially ill-conceived) feats of strength, and just generally have a good time. 

SMR workshop–learn how to use foam rollers, balls, and assorted objects to improve your flexibility.  Lo0king for sometime in March–any suggestions?

Workout of the Day

After a brisk warm up, went to presses:   65% x 5, 75% x 5, 85% x5*

Finished with 4 rounds of conga-line style close grip bench press + 100 m sprint.

    Its my new Go Pro HD helmet cam… its very small, lightweight and has a very wide angle for lots of action… can’t wait to try it out on a Fight Gone Bad.

    Oh I already signed up for Pat’s run – really great foundation and a fun day – maybe we could do 42 push-ups / sit-ups at the end or beginning – I would say burpee’s but I don’t think that sounds very fun.
    Foam roll any weekend but the 1st and 20th work for me.

    Bill, that’s awesome! I looked into those for a project back when I was still with the company…pretty sweet hardware and not unreasonable prices!
