Getting Started
All prospective members are required to meet with a staff member prior to subscribing for group workouts. Please call us at (480) 329-8484 or email with any questions.
Personal Training/Jump Start
Many clients prefer the individual attention and customized programming provided by private training. These sessions can be 1-on-1, or invite a friend or two for a better value. Private sessions allow for greater specificity of training, and enable the individual to develop skills and fitness level at their own pace. Please contact us for more information.
Ramp Up Program
The Ramp Up program is a group introductory program designed to prepare you for the normal workouts. This program is designed to introduce the basic movements and exercises which we use in our workouts. It also offers you the opportunity to learn and develop a base-level of fitness before joining the normal groups. Topics we will cover include:
- Nutritional foundations
- Posture, flexibility and core strength
- Bodyweight movements
- External resistance exercises
- Basic gymnastics and calisthenics
- Olympic Weightlifting
- Kettlebell exercises
The Ramp Up Program is a 4 week program, meeting 3 times per week. Each class will focus on a different movement or topic, so it is recommended that you attend all of the workouts.
