A new site just came on line, called ‘my athletic life’. It’s geared toward the CrossFit- and Paleo-oriented, and looks like it might be a decent source of information. Many of the usual suspects (Robb Wolf, Sarah Fragoso, Mel Joulwan), but it might be a good ‘one stop shopping’ place.
Just glancing around today, but I like an article from Robb talking about the Return on Investment when taking exercise from Recreational levels to Elite levels. It jibes with a lot of what I now believe and try to teach (and keep in mind this is coming from someone who has in the past been willing to sacrifice life and limb for sports performance). Anyway, just wanted to share the new site.
(BTW—feel free to share any (*appropriate*) blogs/sites that you find especially useful in the comments section, I think people might be interested in expanding their horizons)
