First time at CrossFit SouthWest?  Here’s a handy Q&A.  If you still have questions, please contact us

Q:  It’s my first time.  Should I just show up and work out?
A:  While we always enjoy having visitors, we prefer that you check with us before showing up to workout.  Please contact us to set up a time to come by. 

Q:  ”I’m a CrossFitter from <insert affiliate/town>, can I drop in for a workout?  Do you charge a fee?”
A:  Out of town guests are welcome, but please be respectful of our members and instructors.  Please take a look at our Foundations page.  If you do not meet the requirements to test out of the Foundations class, we would appreciate if you do not attend the regular CrossFit classes.  

Q: What is CrossFit? 

A: CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. Learn more here

Q: I’ve heard a lot about the Paleo Diet. What’s this Caveman stuff all about? 

A: The Paleo Diet is pretty simple. It’s based upon the fundamental concept that the optimal diet is the one to which we are genetically adapted: animal protein, fat and vegetables. If you want to learn more, visit our Paleo Resources page.
