Gym

CrossFit SouthWest is a gym.  

We don’t have a pool, basketball court, ellipticals, or A/C.  We work hard, sweat a lot, get in better shape, and look better naked.

CrossFit SouthWest is a community.

We have a group that has fun, encourages one another, challenges on another, has BBQs, travels to events, and becomes like a second family.

What we do:

  • Bodyweight training, using traditional calisthenics and gymnastic elements
  • Resistance training (squat, press, deadlift, etc.)
  • Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk)
  • Kettlebell training
  • Anaerobic/Aerobic training (‘Cardio’, for lack of a better term)
  • Sports Conditioning (speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness)
