The Jump Start program is designed for those people whose schedule does not all them to attend the Foundations classes, or those that would prefer a 1-on-1 setting. The goal is to prepare the individual to begin taking the regular group classes.
The program consists of five (5) one hour private sessions, plus an additional month of Unlimited group workouts—so about 6 weeks total.
The 1-on-1 sessions will cover the basic movements and exercises used in the group classes: bodyweight and gymnastic movements, barbell skills, kettlebell movements, and Olympic Weightlifting.
Once the individual has completed the 1-on-1 sessions, they may attend any* of the group classes.
*Not everyone is comfortable moving directly into the CrossFit group classes after the five 1-on-1 sessions. At the conclusion of the individual sessions, we will discuss any concerns and available options on a case-by-case basis.
