It’s that special time of year again!  Today (and tomorrow if you miss it) we’re celebrating the season with our Annual 12 Days of CrossFit Workout:

100 m Run

2 Turkish Get Ups

3 L-Pullups

4 Squat Cleans (95#/65#)

5 Dips on Rings

6 Knees to Elbows

7 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16 kg)

8 Clapping Pushups

9 Walking Lunges

10 Burpees

11 Abmat Situps

12 Squats a’ Leaping (aka Jump Squats)

Not to bad, right?

Now, sing the song.  We do the workout the same way.  Do the math.  It’s a Grinch of a WOD, but good fun!
