Ramp Up Class Starts Monday!

Just a reminder, our next group Ramp Up class starts on Monday @ 7 pm.  We’ll be meeting Monday*, Tuesday, and Thursday for 4 weeks.   Please see details here, or contact me with any questions.

*Because Labor Day will cause us to miss Monday the 5th, we will make up that session either on a Saturday, or on Monday, 9/26.   Workout of the Day Front Squats x 12-15 (x3) Finished with Ab Wheel rollouts x 30 - 50
